Being a pastry chef in New York City is more than a profession to me—it's a heartfelt connection to my community. Growing up, the idea of same-sex marriage seemed near-impossible. Today, I'm proud to celebrate love and equality through my creations. I craft pride-themed desserts, including a special pride cookie each June (the “Gimme Gimme” Cookie) and rainbow cones that make the perfect display for any Pride event, to honor diversity, love, and progress.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel, a talented young wedding cake artist whose creations are nothing short of extraordinary. From the initial consultation to the delivery of the cake, his passion, creativity, and professionalism shone through every step of the process. Not only was the cake visually stunning, but it was also absolutely delicious. Each tier featured a different flavor; Lemon sponge with blueberry compote and basil buttercream, chocolate cake with chocolate mousse, pistachio cake with raspberry rose buttercream and fresh strawberries, and stracciatella sponge filled with espresso and mascarpone buttercream. Every bite was moist and expertly balanced. If you’re looking for a wedding cake that will wow your guests and make your big day even more memorable, look no further than Daniel. We had really wonderful seasonal cake flavors (and "standard" options too) to choose from, as well as the option for custom flavors, and had such a hard time choosing one to go with because everything was so delicious. The final design execution blew us away with how perfect it was and how lifelike the sugar flowers looked! We really appreciated the care Daniel put into getting to know us, collaborating on ideas, the tasting at our apartment, and delivering a really beautiful and tasty cake. Would 100% recommend!
