We can't thank Daniel enough for the wedding cake he made me and my husband. We knew when we contacted him that we were presenting him a bit of a challenge; my husband is allergic to many staples of baking including vanilla. Daniel very quickly came up with several enticing options that avoided all of my husband's allergens. He also made a real effort to get to know us and our relationship before setting into his design process. The end result was a cake that our guests raved about, which also reflected our personalities and our vision for the wedding. Dan promised me in high school he'd one day bake my wedding cake and I am so glad that twelve years later that dream came true for the both of us. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning- it perfectly captured our (okay my!!!) vision and fit with our esthetic. Our wedding cake was also DELICIOUS. Dan graciously offered to make two flavors when my husband and I couldn't agree. We served both chocolate raspberry and carrot cake and I am still receiving rave reviews about both over six months later. Maybe most importantly, Dan is an absolute delight to have on your vendor team. Dan made the process so smooth and easy for us- from communicating with our venue to delivering the cake 2+ hours away. The search for wedding vendors can be overwhelming.
