  • Since every cake is made to order with the highest quality ingredients, cake commissions start at $2,500

  • In New York City, delivery starts at $200. Some locations have an up-charge due to added difficulty. Outside of the city, delivery cost is based on mileage.

  • There is no tasting fee and it comes with four flavors. We host tastings at our kitchen, but can also make tasting boxes to try at home. There will just be a delivery fee.

  • The process begins with an email! That is the best way to contact us, we do not take orders through instagram. Emails will be responded within two business days

  • We have a menu of interesting flavors, but Chef Daniel takes pride in creating custom flavors! He creates flavors from the first consultation and will prepare them for the tasting.

  • You can have as many flavors as you would like! This would create an up-charge when costing out the cake

  • For wedding cakes, we would ideally like a minimum of one month so we can properly ensure the best product and care. Anything less than two weeks will have a rush fee.

  • We also specialize in artisanal gourmet cookies! In addition, Chef Colonel can create other desserts for favors and catering - however this may require more notice. It is best to ask in our contact form.

  • Since each flower is meticulously handcrafted for each cake, it will depend on amount of flowers and species of flowers. The minimum price to have sugar flowers is $750.

  • We can make both buttercream and fondant cakes. Fondant will dry hard and can be any color. Buttercream can either be white or pale colors. Daniel will recommend what is best based on design and aesthetic. Every cake is iced in vanilla buttercream and if there is fondant, it is a very thin layer - which is also easy to peal off.

  • Of course! Daniel loves making cakes for all kinds of occasions—weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, you name it. Whatever the occasion, we’ll make it extra special (and extra delicious).
